Peter Desmond MA(Oxon) FCA MBA CMC FRSA

Peter is an Oxford graduate, Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Consultant who is a Founder Director of Growth International a Management Consultancy established in 1991.

After qualifying with Price Waterhouse he spent four years in South Africa and returned to the UK in 1986 with Mitchell Cotts. After working as Finance Director with a family-owned group of companies he joined the Burton Group as Financial Controller where he completed his MBA.

Consultancy specialisms include values, ethics, performance measurement, financial management and organisational development. As well as corporate assignments Growth International also designs and delivers personal development programmes, including parenting and assertiveness skills and communication courses for couples.

Growth International is a Corporate Member of the Centre for Tomorrow's Company, assisting in the development and delivery of initiatives based on the 'Inclusive Approach' to UK businesses. He is involved in the Centre's work on measurement, reporting, corporate governance and the UK Company Law review.

Peter is 47, married with three children and lives in Twickenham, South West London.
